New Holiday Card Classes at Michaels!

Just in time for the holidays, Michaels is offering 3 new styles of card classes. During September, you can take the Classic Card Tricks class for only $10! Just register for this class prior to September 29th and take it before December 1ST! In October, the class of the month will be Vintage Cards, and in November, Very Mertry Card tricks. Each classes teachers new skills, like 3D folds, heat embossing and water color techniques for the novice to advanced card maker. Come visit me at the Michaels Crafts in Chino, California!

Some Scraps to Share

I finally managed to do some actual scrapping lately. Now I need to practice taking pictures and uplaoding them so that they can actually be seen! Just a simple collage page with lots of photos. Dolphins are from Cricut Pack Your Bags cart. Font is Opposites Attract by PC. The sign and net were handcrafted.

It's Been A Busy Year

I can't believe it has been a YEAR since I posted last! It must be a mistake~ The classes at Michael's are in full swing. I teach the Spotted Canary School/SDU classes. We have added new technique classes but the class that is always full is the CRICUT class. Let's hear it for the bug. CHIRP!

I'M SO EXCITED!!!

Michael's is bring scrabook classes back!

Michaels has partnered with EK Success to offer the SDU series of scrabook classes
at Michaels stores. I will be teaching this interductory series at the Mike's in Chino, CA and probably at least one other location. It was refreshing to "relearn" the fundamentals of this great pastime. I can't wait to start teaching these classes. If you are in my area and are interested just let me know!

I said I was going to be a more prolific blogger. That hasn't worked out too well! Here is a layout I did using the Holiday Stack. I used WinterWoodland from cricut for the title treatment and bazzill cardstock. Its not much but the mojo has been lacking.

Hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day! I spent the day enjoying
some of the local sites with my honey of almost 27
years! We visited a Olive Grove that has been continually in
operation since 1854, then it was off to a local winery to taste
some of the fruits of their labors. We topped that all off with
crab legs, salad, rice pilaf and chocolate dipped strawberries!
What a great day!

February is here so it must be time to post a Valentine Card. This cute little kitty is from the Hello Kitty Cartridge for the Cricut. I used Stickles on the heart and the paper is from last years K & Co Valentine pad. The cute little dog is a Beanie Baby by the way!
